Being a human that interacts with other humans these days requires a lot of trust for both parties. Keeping my clients safe and confident in their experience with me is very important. So here are our responsibilities towards each other to safely be in close contact during your appointment.
1. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19 yourself, or have been in close contact with someone who has: PLEASE call me as soon as you are able to reschedule. I will also do the same for you.
2. Times are changing in our area with Covid shots being available, mask mandates being lifted, and businesses being permitted to choose for themselves what they are comfortable with. I am not requiring anyone to confide in me their vaccination status. With that in mind, we are still in a period of time where we need to be considerate of others around us both vaccinated and non-vaccinated. I do encourage my clients to do so as well due to the rising tides of Covid cases in our area.
3. I have found, as a practitioner, wearing a mask the past 18 months has been beneficial to avoid the risk of regular colds during the year, and allowed me to make more questionable lunch decisions. (insert cheeky grin and a wink here) With my children also being back in school and wearing masks, I too, in solidarity with them, am also wearing a mask.
Following these three basic guidelines, the locations I have worked in have been very successful in not being a point of transmission of this virus. I am very appreciative of my clients that view me, and my profession, as an essential part of their wellness program and respect these guidelines to keep my business open! THANK YOU!!!
